Dale Martens’ hybrid is one of the first Streps to show the mottling and floral variegation that has come to be referred to as “fantasy” markings. Dale’s plant of the cultivar was awarded “Best Miniature Gesneriad” at the 1997 national show of the African Violet Society of America, a clear indication of success in her program to produce small-growing streptocarpus.
