This fine hybrid by Patrick Worley was shown at the Spring 2004 show of the Toronto Gesneriad Society. The name is an homage to the Science Fiction novels of Edgar Rice Burroughs, where Barsoom is a stand-in for Mars.

Hybrids of Codonanthe and Nematanthus are often grown as relatively small plants — this specimen illustrates their robust potential. A close-up of the flowers can be seen here.
